mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">《通知》要求①对进口冷链食品实施精准追溯,加强对进口冷链食品的全程追溯;②定期对重点场所的物(冷链食品及其包装物)、人(冷链食品生产加工销售各环节从业人员)、环境(屠宰、生产加工、贮存、运输、经营场所)进行采样和核酸检测,要求每周抽取一定数量农贸(集贸)市场、超市进行检测。对来自中高风险疫情地区的从业人员和冷链食品,要加大抽检量,并按照相关规程延长冷链食品的留样时间;③做好应急处置工作、严格落实各项日常防控措施等。《通知》中发布了《农贸(集贸)市场新型冠状病毒环境监测技术规范》、《新冠病毒核酸阳性食品处置指南》、《农贸(集贸)市场新冠肺炎疫情防控技术指南》、《海鲜类加工企业新冠肺炎疫情防控技术指南》。
