The plate heat exchanger is used for heat exchange between liquid and gas, with such characteristics as high heat exchanging efficiency, compact structure, smalll space, good adaptability and convenient operation and cleaning etc. In dairy industry, it is applicable to instant sterilization of fresh milk and cooling of dairy. It is also applicable to the heating anc cooling of furit juice, tea beverage, vinegar and alcohol etc. industries. It is the ideal sterilizing and heat exchanging equipment for food industy.
