据外媒报道，美食圣经米其林指南13日首次公布美国首都华盛顿特区餐厅指南，总计有12家餐厅摘星，象征最高荣誉的3星餐厅缺失，3家餐厅摘下2星，9家餐厅摘下1星。
米其林指南在华盛顿总共评价了107家餐厅，其中包括19家超值餐厅（Bib Gourmand）。获得2星荣誉的餐厅分别是MiniBar、Pineapple & Pearls 和The Inn at Little Washington。
米其林表示，在米其林指南评监全球21000家餐厅中，只有100多家摘下3星的最高荣誉。华盛顿成为继纽约、芝加哥和旧金山之后，成为美国第4个有米其林餐厅指南的城市。
据了解，《米其林指南（Le Guide Michelin）》是法国知名轮胎制造商米其林公司所出版的美食及旅游指南书籍的总称，其中以评鉴餐厅及旅馆，书皮为红色的“红色指南”（Le Guide Rouge）最具代表性，所以有时《米其林指南》一词特指“红色指南”。
