据外媒报道,澳大利亚堪培拉大学最新的一份调查报告显示,堪培拉多数快餐店未能遵守首都地区食品营养标签法的规定,仅有21%的快餐店合规。
澳大利亚首都行政区(ACT)政府三年前推出了食物标注千焦尔热量值的法律。最近针对堪培拉69家快餐店进行的调查结果显示,只有21%的快餐店完全遵守食物热量标识法律,另有55%的快餐店仅仅部分符合法律规定。
据报道,该调查发起人之一、堪培拉大学攻读营养学研究生的June Lei表示,从调查的结果可以推测,未遵守标签法的快餐店比率非常高。
按照规定,“合格的”餐饮店必须标示他们所卖食品的平均能量值,并告诉消费者成人每天能量的摄入平均值为8700千焦尔。
