据欧盟网站消息，5月14日欧盟委员会发布（EU）2016/759实施条例，修订 （EC）No 2074/2005，废止2003/812/EC决议，制定进口明胶、胶原蛋白、蛙腿、蜂蜜、蜗牛等动物性产品条例。新条例自发布后第20日起生效。
