欧盟就肉类中旋毛虫的官方控制发布具体规定

       据欧盟网站消息，8月10日欧盟发布委员会实施条例（EU）2015/1375，颁布肉类中旋毛虫官方控制的具体规定，废除（EC）2075/2005号、 （EC） No1665/2006等法规相关规定。该法规自2015年8月30日生效。

    该法规附录主要规定：旋毛虫的检测方法、肉类冻结方法、 肉类的进口卫生要求；猪肉以外马肉、野味肉类和其他可能含有肉旋毛虫的检查；食品经营场所条件控制与责任等。
