据澳新食品标准局(FSANZ)消息,2014年5月澳新食品标准局发布第112期食品标准资讯。
本期食品标准资讯主要内容为:公布第24次澳大利亚总膳食研究第一阶段内容,分析了澳大利亚食品饮料中三种食品用化学品的浓度;发布AUSNUT 2011-2013,为澳大利亚健康调查提供了食物膳食补充剂和营养摄入量估计;发布最新版食品行业召回协议,此协议是食品行业的必备读物;就亚硫酸钠(sodium hydrosulphite)作为食品添加剂用于罐装鲍鱼开展公开征求意见;公布澳新食品标准法典第148号修正案,允许抗昆虫大豆和抗除草剂菜油籽用于食品;批准了两项提案,P1014和P1017。

FSANZ has published the latest version of the Food Industry Recall Protocol for food businesses. The protocol is essential reading for any business in the food industry.
FSANZ invites written submissions on the draft variations to the Code arising from the following Applications by 6pm (AEST) 27 June 2014:
.A1088 – Sodium Hydrosulphite as a Food Additive: to include sodium hydrosulphite (sodium dithionite) as a food additive to be used in the processing of canned abalone.
Amendment No. 148 to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code was published by FSANZ on 15 May 2014. It included amendments resulting from the following Applications:
.A1087 – Food derived from Insect-protected Soybean Line
.A1089 – Food derived from Herbicide-tolerant Canola Line
FSANZ has approved variations arising from the following Proposals. FSANZ has notified these approvals to the COAG Legislative and Governance Forum on Food Regulation:
.P1014 – Primary Production & Processing Standard for Meat & Meat Products
.P1017 – Criteria for Listeria monocytogenes – Microbiological Limits for Foods
