欧盟委员会要求成员国汇报下年度食糖配额

      据欧盟网站消息，4月11日欧盟委员会发布（EU） No 329/2013,要求成员国在2013年9月1日前，向欧盟委员会汇报2013/14销售年度甜菜糖、甘蔗糖两种食糖的生产配额。新规定将自公布7日后生效。
