对于涉及检验检测的岗位，如授权签字人、技术负责人、检测员、质量监督员，视其教育背景、工作经历、工作内容进行相关检验检测应用技术的培训. 培训选择具有代表性、典型性的标准，讲解其适用范围、基本原理、试剂的配制、前处理操作、仪器分析、数据处理等方面的内容及注意事项，并结合实际样品进行检测全过程实际操作培训。
